SUAS Project features on RTE’s Ear to the Ground

Filmed on the last day of the SUAS Project on Granamore Commonage, West Wicklow. The show featured interviews with members of the Project Team, SUAS farmers and the local NPWS conservation ranger, and highlighted some of the habitat management actions carried out over the course of the Project.

‘Lessons Learnt From the SUAS uplands EIP’

Following a presentation and exhibiting the SUAS Project at the Teagasc National Sheep Open Day in Co. Galway, Declan spoke with Ireland’s national farming publication, The Farmers Journal, to share some of the project’s findings to date and to discuss how experiences from the European Innovation Projects will feed in to the formation of the co-operation projects under the new ACRES agri-environmental scheme.
