The TFI Local Link Bus Route 183 from Glendalough to Wicklow Town has been extended.
The new Route now runs from Sallins – Naas – Eadestown – Blessington -Valleymount – Ballyknockan – Wicklow Gap – Glendalough – Laragh – Annamoe – Roundwood – Ashford – Rathnew – Wicklow Town – Glenealy – Rathdrum – Avoca – Woodenbridge – Arklow.
The 183 links East to West Wicklow taking the scenic route over the Wicklow Gap. It provides access to villages and popular tourist attractions including Glendalough, Vartry Reservoir Trail, St. Kevin’s Way, the Wicklow Way, the Avonmore Way and “Beyond the Trees” Tree top Walk in Avondale Forest Park.
The 183 also connects up with Bus Eireann, Wexford Bus and local train stations.
